Steps:
1. In a bowl,beat cream and condensed milk with an electric mixer until thick,do not over-beat.
2. Sprinkle gelatine over water in a cup.Stand cup in a pan of simmering water.Stir until the gelatine is dissolved and cool it.
3. Beat gelatime mixture into the cream mixture.
4. Divide.Stir dark chocolate in one portion and white chocolate in other.
5. Spoon white chocolate mousse into six serving glasses (1 cup capacity).Top with dark chocolate mousse.
6. Refrigerate until firm.
7. Serve decorated with grated chocolate.
